   I began visiting Novum in Jan 25, having a consultation with Natalie who was very knowledgeable on the treatments and products. I booked a combination of courses to suit my needs and switched to their products. I am extremely pleased with the outcome, and have now booked my courses for 2026. Natalie and the team are friendly and professional, I would highly recommend them.

   I had my toes and fingers painted with Bio sculpture gel by Michelle. The staff are very friendly and have a wide range of colours to choose from. After care email sent and lots of attention given to you. She certainly didn't rush doing a very good job. Goes very well with my dress.

   Had an absolutely painless lip and chin wax with Sophie who is so caring and thorough. Also had renewal of shellac nails. Sophie's shaping of my nails is absolutely perfect, as is her varnishing. I'm delighted with them. Carrie and Kiera add to the caring feel from staff in this lovely and very professional salon. Thanks Sophie.

   I had my first appointment at the salon around a week ago, it was a new salon for me as my old one had closed down. I was nervous as I’m not a fan of change and new settings however I was made to feel so comfortable. Carrie and Sophie were both wonderful. Carrie talked me through my treatment in detail and made me feel at ease, she also did a fabulous job of my nails! Sophie was also lovely to talk to and chatted to me about other treatments, she showed me photos and because I felt so comfortable I booked in for others this coming week.
