   I received great customer service from Dan on the phone line but when my husband visited the store (between 2-3pm) today to pick up the item the fella on reception was very rude and arrogant, extremely poor customer service received by him. My husband walked out and took his money elsewhere. My advice to the employer is to is put someone else on front-line and get rid of him as he is bringing your reputation down.
