   Apex Auto are scammers!!!! They took €210 from me for parts I returned over a month ago via DHL. The package was received, but I never got my refund and they don’t reply to any messages. Be careful !! they tricked me, total scam !

   I recently ordered a car part from this UK store to Poland, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The communication through WhatsApp was absolutely 10/10 – fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had some issues with the payment, but they showed great patience and understanding throughout the whole process – much respect for that! They guided me through the entire ordering process from abroad with real professionalism, including handling all customs documentation smoothly and efficiently. Overall – highly recommended!

   I bought a parcel shelf and within a month the string broke. I only opened the boot twice. The product is not fit for purpose. I was told that I am not entitled to a replacement product as I should have notified the company within 7-10 days of any issues. I will be reporting this to trading standards.

   Terrible costumer service! The sell parts from other cars rebranded as Landrover parts. When the don’t fit they refuse to refund you and the refuse to address the issue. The main issue is that they are incompetent and therefore don’t even realize why they are selling bad parts. Use a serious supplier instead. apex will just cost you time and money and you will end up with having to buy your parts Elsewhere anyways.

   Worst customer service, you can ring 30 Times Continuously never pick up. When they do answer the phone it's I'll ring you back in 5 mins and wait for hours then when you try to ring back your ringing another 30 times. Get ready to sit for a long time when ringing these cowboys
