Steph is always professional and goes above and beyond for all her clients. I have been visiting for many years now, as has my daughter, and we have NEVER had a bad experience. We have had acrylics, builder gel, eyelash extensions, eye lash lift and tint, eyebrow waxing and tinting and spray tans. 5 Star experiences every time.
I have had eyelashes, BIAB nails every two to three weeks, spray tans, massages, Indian Head massage, makeup and a training course with Steph over last 2 or so years and have not been disappointed once. Steph is a professional. I look forward to my appointments and always leave refreshed and happy with the service.
I went here for hybrid eyelash extensions two weeks ago which were done by Steph. Most of the eyelashes had come off within a week. This was despite me taking good care of them. They also did not have my natural eyelash still attached so this WASN'T part of the natural shedding process; more likely the quality of the adhesive or technique was poor. Unfortunately, I had already booked the appointment for the two-week infills and Steph refused to refund my £10 deposit when I very politely asked her to cancel because most of the eyelashes had already come off and I didn't want to continue with them. She was given 1 week's notice and could've filled the appointment slot in that time, and given the fact that I hadn't had a good experience with the eyelashes, I felt that not refunding my small deposit was very poor customer service on her part. I did not ask for any sort of refund for the £50 I had already paid, nor did she offer one. Unfortunately, I was not able to visit the salon when I realised there was a problem with the eyelashes as I was on holiday. Of note, my initial appointment was also cancelled at short notice, which I had booked an hour of annual leave for. But despite being a bit disappointed, I was very kind and understanding about it. It's a shame this courtesy was not repaid when I asked for my £10 booking deposit back. So in summary, I paid £60 for some eyelash extensions that slowly came off over a period of 1 week. Overall, massively disappointed.
I have been going to Steph for semi-permanent lash extensions for nearly 2 years now, they’re amazing every time!! Steph is so friendly and takes pride in whatever treatment she does. I have had other treatments such as; acrylic nails, brow wax and brow lamination, love every treatment I have had!!!
Steph is fantastic! Always absolutely love my nails and brows when I go. I’ve also had facials and pedicures and could not recommend Steph more. She always creates a super relaxing environment and is a perfectionist so could not fault what she does!! Get booked in with her!!!

Steph does a wonderful job of my nails and also tints my eyelashes and tints and shapes my Eyebrows making me look half human again. Steph is my daughter but this review is not biased in any way, Steph has 10 years experience as a beautician and has worked hard to get here, all though she did take a break to start a family but now shes back and fully committed. Steph continues with her training in order to bring in new treatments to the Salon.
Steph is a lovely girl, she goes out of her way to make me comfortable, being an elderly lady with disabilities i appriciate it. I have my Gel nails done every 2 weeks and they last very well, i highly recommend Steph she has been a godsend for me.
