   Where to start! (1) Turned up for appt to be told the nail tech wasn’t there and could I come back in an hour - didn’t have my contact number. (2)Nails peeled off after 1 hour. (3)Returned to ask for refund. Said no cash in till!! Plus the nail tech only rented the chair so they couldn’t refund as she wasn’t in the salon. (4)Was promised a phone call which didn’t materialise. Had to go in and demand a refund after 48 hours. Made to feel like I was in the wrong. No apology or offer to re-do nails as goodwill gesture! Tranquility need to realise that when a client books with the salon directly the contract is with them NOT the person who rents the chair unless this has been made clear when booking. Be aware - shocking customer service and the salon needs a good clean. Will never return here and advise you not to!
