   Booked in advance for party lashes over the phone as the website was down at the time and I was assured it was all booked in. Turned up early for my apt as I hate being late and the salon was closed. Thought it was odd as online says they open at 9am and when I got there it was 9:20. No big deal as I was early and my apt was for 9:45 so I waited outside. 5 mins before my apt is due the salon is still closed and the owner messages me to tell me they will be late due to them being at the wholesalers. I’m now starting to get irritated as why would you go there when you knew you had a client booked in? I explained I had another apt to get too and asked how long she would be? She told me her sat nav said she was 4 mins away, so I told her no problem I will wait. Nearly 15 mins passes by and she is still not there so I messaged her again advising I’m going to have to leave. She then informs me she is just near the library, which is literally 30 seconds away from the salon. As I turn to leave I see a girl walking up with keys and I know she works at the salon. She says absolutely nothing to me, opens the shutters and then the door so I follow her in. I ask where all the staff are to make conversation and she says we don’t start till 10. I ask her if that’s the case why was I booked in for 9:45? She doesn’t answer me and just stares, so she says what you booked in for? I reply party lashes, she takes a look and says no we have you booked in for a patch test. At this point I’m really annoyed now and tell her i rang and booked party lashes over the phone and who ever answered assured me it was done. She again just stares at me, so I explain what’s happened, how the owner has kept me waiting and I’m done. She half heartedly apologises and I just leave. I have never known such incompetence from a business in my life. No organisation, no common sense, no professionalism and they just don’t seem to care at all. I also don’t believe the owner was at the wholesalers at all, she lives in Ashton and goes to the wholesalers a lot so she wouldn’t need her sat nav to know how far away she was. The salon clearly opens at 10 as that’s what her staff member said so they didn’t even have the decency to call me in advance and ask me to come in at a later time. I know the owner was lying to me and her staff just confirmed it for me. Never again would I use them and I would advise anyone else to go somewhere else too. Thanks to their disorganisation I now have to go my event without my lashes, I am so disappointed.

   Gemma and the girls at the salon are all very down to earth and lovely people. Have had my nails, brows & tan done here several times and always love them! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now and highly recommend this beauty salon!

   The go to place in Ashton for your nails and beauty needs, the girls are so friendly and professional and make you feel special. They are so talented at what they do,I had my nails F1 themed back in July and absolutely loved them. Due to my job I don't get the chance to have lovely long nails but whenever I get chance I'm here!!
