   Every time I go into Halfords at Blackfan, the staff are amazing they are so helpful and polite. I just popped in to ask a few questions about my camcorder in my car that Halfords had fitted. Matt that came and helped me. He helped me before he has been so polite Five stars for your staff and a big thank you to Matt.

   I was served by Tom - can’t recommend him enough. His colleague at reception (sorry - didn’t catch the name) was equally helpful. It was super quick - super friendly and exactly what I needed on Saturday morning. Placed an order outside working hours, received automated confirmation that it’s ready. Arrived and it was as if the reception team was 100% ready to serve. The technician greeted with a smile and got the job done in just minutes. He kept me informed throughout the process and left adequate advice for next steps. Great job! Highly recommended.

   Went to buy Coolant this morning from Blackfen branch. The lady (staff) at the till was wonderfully helpful and friendly . She suggested to join the subscription for free and get £5.00 off from the £20.00 purchase. She was so patient and helped with the registration. Great working attitude at Halfords. Makes everyone happy. Thank you.

   My car battery had 3.2v on it so I could not drive to get a shop to change it over. I went to Halfords in Blackfen and the staff were excellent, especially Matthew, who checked that they had the correct stop/start battery in stock and collected it from their store facility. All in around 7 minutes, and it turns out this replacement battery(£122) was a great price as another well known rival outlet quoted £260. Well done and thanks to Matthew.
