A prompt and pleasant service from BSB Group. I bought some spray for the car and it was done straight away including a touch up pot and brushes for the intricate detail jobs. A great place to come for some spray and car bodywork equipment. Thank You for your help.
I tried many products from different places that didn't work to remove decals from an ambulance. One visit to BSB and I got exactly the right product. Would recommend 100%
I bought some paint and primer a few days ago. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable, the only issue is parking there, there’s always traffic wardens around. Apart from that, no complaints.
Very helpful staff helped me colour match with my first car many moons ago also help me pick a colour choose a colour close to purple haze anodized wheel I had and most recently helped me with something wasn't sure about after getting my car painted always come back as returning customer
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Absolutely fantastic customer service, probably the best I've ever had. Even after a difficult colour match and a couple of trips back (not their fault) the service and advice was invaluable. I'm not a professional painter but I managed a professional job thanks to BSB's help and advice. Thank you!

Sent wife to B S B GB Ltd, 28 Heathfield road, Bexleyheath to buy pre-paint, couldn't believe she came back telling me they have never heard of it? They asked her if it's for cleaning?, my wife replied she doesn't know. I have been buying from this shop for over 40 years. I remember when Brian was the rep, Howard was the boss? Can't believe they didn't know what the product I wanted. Obviously the staff needs training, to know what products they are selling.
After many years as a customer. I had an issue with a particular paint. After spending well over £100. I even called the paint brand management who said ask a member of staff to book out an member to come out an investigate.I was completely palmed off told im doing something wrong. Zero effort to look into it. I went elsewhere and had no further issues. I had the paint looked at elsewhere and there was certainly a mixing error or a gone off batch. Not recommended. Reluctant to help attitude.
This place sells car paint not racing part's. Can be helpful if you get the right member of staff. Not the best paint suppliers in the south-east.
