Excellent customer service, my queries were answered very quickly, easy to use website, delivery a little on the slow side which I expected reading other peoples reviews, however my order arrived within the specified time, very well packaged and a genuine VW part as ordered. Would have no hesitation in using again for my VW parts. Thsnks to all.
I want to warn others to be careful when reading reviews for LLLparts. In my opinion, some of the overly positive reviews online don’t match the experience I personally had, so I’d suggest approaching them with caution. My own experience with LLLparts has been extremely frustrating. I felt their customer service was awful, and at times it seemed to me as though they were purposely acting ignorant instead of helping resolve my issue. I’ve even had to involve my local MP, especially since the business is located right next to their office, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Based on how my situation was handled, I personally cannot recommend LLLparts.
0 stars! If you expect them to stick to the delivery times they quote think again! Nearly 2 weeks since paying and still havent received my parcel, Shouldn't of wasted my time using them absolutely shocking!
Fantastic service & great prices. Over the past couple of years, I’ve used LLLparts to order a number of obsolete (NLA) Audi parts: my orders have always arrived well packed & the products are always brand new, genuine parts - my latest order(s) being rubber body bungs & a VW fire extinguisher / mounting system (pictured). I’m unsure if people are deliberately ignoring the dispatch times listed on LLL’s website, are super impatient, or if they just genuinely can’t read, but the dispatch times are very clearly stated on the product pages… my orders have always been dispatched within the timeframe stated when placing my order & are delivered promptly.
Hello, I ordered a part for my Audi, the item arrived in time as promised , it’s a genuine part , the price was decent. The only thing was is no updates on tracking , and no tracking information available. But the customer service replied my messages, the agent’s name was Dominic. So make sure you get a tracking number Location is Cyprus , the item was sent to me from Germany Everything else is fine. Thanks
Personally I don't understand why are there so many bad reviews for this site. I ordered parts form them because of the cheap price. Got the items on time, had to contact support because on an issue with one of the parts, the support responded faster than shown on the site. If your looking for a good place to get car parts for a good price, would recommend!
Ordered 2 springs 06/12/22 Rareley got an update about the status, also they charge a "handeling fee" 4euros plus 7euros delivery fee.... For this kinda money I expect a smooth shipping but nope... It's 17/12/22 and I stil haven't got my package..... Seller also doesn't respond to my emails. Never order from here!!!!
Joke of a company. A week after I ordered I requested an update. My item has been "lost in the post". Was offered a replacement item that I agreed to. A week later requested an update and due to an error, no part was ever posted out. Now persuing a refund but my advice is don't bother.
Item arrived within the specified time frame- a genuine VW part for almost half the price it would have cost at my local main dealer. If you are not in a desperate hurry for your part, I would highly recommend using LLL Parts. Will definitely use again.
