   I do not recommend buying any car parts from KBA. The parts are not good quality. I bought a headlight prior to an MOT and paid to have the part fitted. The headlight never worked fully, the beam could not be manually adjusted, and my car failed its MOT. They initially responded to give me a return label but have since ignored my emails regarding covering the cost for the refitting of a new headlight. This situation has caused multiple issues including having to miss a day of work.

   Absolutely terrible company, poor phoneline service, poor customer services extremely defensive, try talking to them after their return window and see how they'll treat you. A lack of responsibility although they literally admitted, "the part isn't illegal it is faulty". This is clearly a deference to the lesser of two evils. I have reported them to action fraud and filed a chargeback because they ignore you if you are outside their returns window. What an embarrassment of a company, with 2 return windows, one for their website (15 days) and one for ebay (30 days). So which one is it? Clearly poorly managed. Absolutely do not recommend for anything regarding BMW Series 1 Headlights, they aren't legal, definitely check them immediately after if you do want to try your luck. Will be completely avoiding anything with the words KBA from now on.

   I ordered two parts for my vehicle headlight unit and a fog light unit unfortunately I had to return both items but this KBA Car Parts failed to refund me even after giving them the delivery tracking number and contacted them via phone and email they promised several times to refund me and is been two weeks so far I have escalated problem with PayPal. They don't even answer the company number anymore to resolve customer issues this is not the way to do business please avoid them I don't wish others to be treated the way they have towards me holding on to my money after giving back their items. I hope this review helps others and I am very disappointed with their customer service. Thanks for taking the time to read this review.

   Order was received very quickly. Part of the initial order was damaged made a phone call and the replacement was with me within 24 hours. Absolutely recommend this company. Excellent Service. Thank you KBA.

   Didn’t have part but instead of contacting me or refusing order, took money and refunded it. Instead of part being delivered I got a refund. Not what you need in time sensitive business.
