   I was scammed out of £3,000 by this business. They convinced me to pay the full amount upfront, claiming that’s their standard practice. After payment, they repeatedly ignored my calls and provided broken, resealed parts. When I asked for a refund, they said they can only issue a “credit note” as if they were a major retailer, which is completely unacceptable. I made a massive mistake by not reading the reviews before purchasing as this "credit note" chat has also happened to previous customers which only came to my knowledge once i read the reviews. I trusted this place because the previous owner had a good reputation, but the new management has ruined it. They gave me incorrect parts multiple times, then blamed me for the damage. I’m now stuck with parts I don’t need, and they still haven’t replaced them. To make matters worse, most of the positive reviews on Google are fake and posted by staff or friends. Please, for your own sake, do not use this business. They are taking hard-earned money and delivering nothing but stress and broken parts.

   Unreliable nothing like first merx they won’t even bother to see if they have the part or just leave you on hold definitely don’t waste your time you’ll just be left frustrated

   If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is run by criminals, they took my money and gave me the wrong part. They have no knowledge of what they are doing. After trying to get my money back all they have to say is that the guy I dealt with is on holiday and isn't in. When I go to the store to get my money back, they give me false promises, saying they have links within BMW and can get discounted parts. Do not go here at all

   My friend warned me about them, but I figured I'd give them a chance and... I was totally disappointed... none of the parts I ordered matched. I bought parts for £2500 and none of the parts were any good, I got parts for other BMW models instead of mine, and when I called and wrote to have them replace it for me with a good one they brushed me off and basically I got nothing from them, neither a refund nor a replacement part. I do not recommend ! Never in your life buy there.

   Had to visit this place twice with couple of days apart for my tyer. They were fast in seeing my car but had to come back to them again, few days later, as the tyer pressure dropped again. There are issues with parking; hardly any space. They didn't really do a good job as I had to take the car to another place off Movers Lane who solved the problem. Only go there if you're desperate.
