I had such a lovely experience at Lusso! The staff were so welcoming on my arrival & Jessica made me feel completely at ease before & throughout my treatment. The pumpkin spice body treatment smelt gorgeous & my massage was incredibly relaxing, exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed & rejuvenated. The salon’s aesthetic is stunning & holds a calming atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!
Just want to start with a massive thank you to the salon. My hair looks absolutely gorgeous from what I walked into to leaving with such a lovely colour. I firstly want to say that the service from all the ladies was incredible , everyone is so lovely and helpful that you just want to sit and talk with them. I had my hair colour done by Maddy and from the start she took in everything I wanted to keep but on top of it she also pushed me in the best direction not only to match me but what I would feel most confident in. The colour she created was more perfect than I could have asked for and not only did she take her time and make sure nothing was rushed she was careful with everything and made sure I was happy with each step. She took in every little detail that I asked regarding the colour I wanted. I also got my hair cut by Claire which she took in every concern I had especially with long hair I don’t really like cutting it but she made sure I was happy with the length and even gave advice on what’s best when comes to styling with length. Thank you Maddy and Claire. Overall the experience I got from not just both the ladies but over was incredible I felt like a valued customer that was part of a little club that could enjoy getting her hair done and having a chat. Ever since I’ve always got the most incredible comments from everyone about how lovely my hair is. Couldn’t recommend this salon enough, the hard work they put in is 10/10 xx
I have an emotional attachment to my long waist length hair and in the past have not been able to trust other hairdressers. I was a walk-in who made an appointment with Maddy who took the time advising on my concerns, I trusted Maddy and today she has excelled in her service to me, she once again took the time and effort to explain what she would be doing to my hair.I have come away a very happy lady and have already received comments on how great my hair looks. Maddy is an absolute asset to Lusso and I would advise anyone to visit the salon and receive the same standard of attention and understanding by all. Thankyou Maddy.

Our appointment was 1.30 didn't appear till 2 she did apologise then charged us £47 for my 2 granddaughters nails expensive
Took my twin daughters for shampoo and cut. Really great experience, and girls loved feeling relaxed and pampered. Will definitely be taking them here for all their hair cuts
I’ve just been to Lusso for a shampoo and cut and it was such a lovely experience. I arrived a little early but was seen to straight away. I had my hair washed (which I don’t usually like having done in salons) but it nearly sent me to sleep, such a relaxing 5 minutes. I then had my hair cut by a really lovely woman (I’m sorry I didn’t get any names), which I’m extremely pleased with. The actual salon was beautifully decorated, so many little touches that added to the tranquil atmosphere. I felt so comfortable and at ease and can’t wait to go back. I left with a little welcome pack and loyalty card which I will most definitely be using soon. Thank you to all the staff x
Absolutely LOVE this place. Had an all over body massage which was just one of the most amazing experiences of my life! All the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional and obviously extremely well trained. The place is very smart and stylish and smells gorgeous. As you can probably tell, I would highly recommend this place all day long. I will be going again ❤❤
