1 star if far too generous, If I could rate zero stars I would. I accept everyone gets it wrong from time to time but FedEx seem to do with every order I've ever had fulfilled by them. By far the worst of all delivery companies.

If I could give minus stars I would. Waited for s parcel to be delivered on 30/09/25, received notification it had been delivered and signed for by D.Winch?? nobody of that name works at my business premises. Contacted the seller who raised an issue with FEDEX as did I. Called customer contact centre 01/10/25 and was told it was delivered to Unit 1 Estate 1??? that wasn't the address on the package and I have absolutely no idea where that is and neither did they. was promised a resolution by 2pm on 01/10/25 (didn't happen) was promised a resolution by 11am 02/10/25 (didn't happen) was promised a resolution by 3pm 02/10/25 (what a shock it didn't happen) called the customer contact centre again at 3.10pm and was told not to worry my parcel had been collected and would be delivered by 4pm today 03/10/25... As i haven't heard sod all all day i once again called the contact centre to be told oh it will be delivered tomorrow 04/10/25. Well that's no good because the items in the package are for an event tomorrow. Just spoke to my case handler who said they haven't even had confirmation that the parcel has been collected so they have sod all idea if it has been collected or where the frig it is. Absolute shambolic courier company, rubbish couriers who just leave your parcel wherever because they cant be arsed to deliver it to the actual address on the parcel. Just crap service from start to finish and they really just don't give a crap. Now I'm waiting for a call back as to whether I can go out of my way to the depot to collect it directly from there. AVOID AVOID AVOID UPDATE: So I didn't receive my parcel... finally found out where it had been delivered spoke with a very nice woman in their goods in department who said it wasn't there and they were missing 3 parcels from their own shipment. So Either their delivery person is a thief or is just utterly incompetent. When pointing out that this was going to cost my business money and I wanted compensating... they said they don't compensate for that as they didn't have a contractual obligation to me. My advice is find a different courier as FedEx either employ thieves or are that incompetent they have absolutely no ability to deliver the packages they are entrusted with

Been waiting for my pretty expensive package to be delivered to a pick up point day after day it keeps getting updated that it will be delivered by 6pm 6pm comes then it says delivering the day after by 6pm and keeps doing this without my package been delivered can I actually go to the FedEx depot to track my package Down ??

I have an urgent and important document with them and they “tried” to deliver for 2 days while I am home. I left notes literally everywhere of the court I live. But then they went to back of the building and took a random picture and left. I was waiting in the balcony(seeing all front entrances) for 4 hours to make sure I catch them but nothing. In the second I saw the picture I ran to back which took 20 seconds but no one was there. This does not make any sense. They will keep arranging redelivery while I stuck at home!!!!

Illegal and disgusting service from tnt today. Not only did the driver NOT try to deliver my passport but decided to take a photograph of his location in the middle lane of a major roundabout right next to my house while driving. Illegal and yet couldn’t be bothered to deliver my passport or even pull over and do it legally the photo shows nothing to the viewer but as I live here clearly is the middle lane of a major roundabout connecting the m62 and m1. This driver should be prosecuted for using a mobile phone while driving.

They don't use the intercom, just come and take a photo for the door and runaway....and the outcome is failed delivery/arrange redelivery. Wasted 2 days for me and caused a lot of stress. Also a time frame from 8am to 8pm is very inefficient.

They seem to be using subcontractors , who in my case were responsible for very irresponsible and unreliable performance. Wasted my two full days and they don't have mechanisms in place, like tracking vehicles, to rule out my doubt that driver might be marking failed delivery without even attempting to come to my postcode... I had strong reasons to suspect that, especially because no one buzzed my apartment or called my mobile numbers on both delivery dates... and they marked as unable to access premises, whilst the premises gates are not security controlled. This was an appalling experience. I informed them that I have received several successful deliveries of my online orders these days and I'm especially impressed by Amazon couriers as they always call.. just fedex driver preferred to mark it as failed delivery on two consecutive days, Friday and Monday and i ended up wasting both days waiting for them, and suffered stress. People at the centre were much better, they were polite, listened to my complain with empathy. The lovely lady on phone was also very helpful who had located my parcel and held it for collection, as I never wanted my parcel out with same irresponsible driver again. Totally disgusted with using fedex overall. Will never use again. Sorry.
