Whenever you go to this shop take plenty of time with you. 1 person keep serving and line goes outside of the door. So slow. They never think about customers. Customer could be sick or in hurry.
Always so so slow in store. People are always leaving because wait is so long. Regularly get wrong part and have to go back and wait 30 mins for them to swap it.
Mostly wrong parts given and a long wait time 1 worker serving and collecting parts and handing to customers poor management need more hands on workers
I went in today to get some oil for my car. I was kind of dreading it as the customer service I got the first and last time wasn’t great, but with my regular place being closed I went in reluctantly as I was desperate. Well today I got Zach, and what a great interaction it was. He was polite , friendly and very helpful with all my questions without being condescending. I appreciate the extra time he took to double check alternatives to make sure I was getting the one that best fitted my car make. Definitely a credit to the shop and he has definitely changed my mind about coming back. Zach, keep up the good work. I’m sure I’m not the first to feel this way. Stay blessed.

I visited this place for the first time. Customer service was excellent very prompt. i was in and out within five minutes
My car battery needed replacing and as I had had to get there in an Uber, they let me leave my old battery there, for which I am truely grateful as I would not have been able to carry 2 batteries. I received excellent customer service from the man at the counter and he was very patient while I tried to remember my pin number. Thankyou so much. Would highly recommend.
I aways go here first to get the parts for my wife's beetle vw and if they haven't got the part in stock they will always try to find the best place to order from for the best prices
