   I have used Big M Auto on a number of occasions over the last two years, I have taken my van there for an MOT, full service and diagnostics test. I could not fault the service provided.    Big M Mechanics are by far the best, Their honesty, exceptional service, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart from other garages. Having been a loyal customer since my youngest son started attending nursery, I can confidently say that Big M Mechanics has consistently provided top-notch service. I have always been skeptical of mechanics due to the common issue of being overcharged or taken advantage of. However, the team at Big M Mechanics has completely changed my perspective. They are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever encountered. One prime example of their honesty occurred when my car broke down. Two separate breakdown recovery workers told me it was a starter motor problem. However, Big M Mechanics took the initiative to double-check and discovered that the issue was actually something else. Their diligence and expertise saved me from spending unnecessary money. This is just one instance of their outstanding service. I find it hard to believe the negative comments about Big M Mechanics, as my personal experience has been nothing short of stellar. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable garage. Big M Mechanics truly is the best, and their commitment to providing sincere and exceptional service speaks for itself.

   Complete bunch of scam artists, especially the old man in reception. As the other reviews state, they will make your car worse off and then tell you to use them to fix it, buy the parts etc. Otherwise, they will threaten you by saying you will be driving "illegally" in his words, which puts pressure on you to sort it out there and then. It's places like this that really put me off taking my car to garages in the first place. Took advantage of me being a female and thinks I don't know about cars, place should be shut down!!

   If I could leave 0 stars I really would. I dropped my car there first thing in the morning after calling prior to ensure they could provide the service I needed, they assured me they could. The staff were the rude when I arrived and didn’t seem to know what they doing, they told me I could collect later that day. 5pm rolled around and they had “forgot” my car was even there, I was assured they would get straight to it. After more than 24hours and multiple times chasing they finally told us that they couldn’t do what we needed and had completely wasted all of our time.

   I wish we could give zero star. We use them for the first time for a full service last month which I don’t think was ever done but they took our money and gave us our car back with our brakes not working when it was in perfect condition when we handed in for the service. We cannot believe how they could hand us back our car with faulty breaks and let us drive away with it knowing full well how dangerous it was. When my husband questioned the manager he wouldn’t accept anything and he said it would cost this much to put it right. We took it to another garage and they repair it for us and it wasn’t not anything what the manager at Big M said. Please DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE AS ONCE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR GUARANTEE SOMETHING MAJOR WILL GO WRONG.
