    I had a terrible experience with this parts business. First, the seller was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as if answering my questions was a huge inconvenience. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong part for my vehicle, even though I provided all the necessary details. When I returned to exchange it, they charged me £6 just because my mechanic didn't open the packaging “well enough” — whatever that means! Their attitude was far from professional or respectful, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I won't be coming back and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place.

    Great store but display stock limited by floor space. Home section is almost pointless as the variety is too small to be of interest. The space could be better used to expand the mens section. On line pick up service greatly improved and is now a very quick and effective process.

Recently, I inquired about some brake pads and Euro were selling same brand at over £50, with all the discount drama they do they still wanted more than what Mac charged me over the phone and I get to chat with the team.
