   Owner is a fraudy, arrogant and very rude. Had problem with doors (3) they wouldn't unlock. Turned up at his garage and without even testing anything he said ECU was a must change and would cost £300 and if problem still there he would look at individual door controls that would cost £80 each for any replacement and if problem still there then he'd look at the wiring. Even though I agreed to his terms, Boss was so up himself and came across like he was some kind of master mechanic and tried to make me look stupid for asking questions. Turned into a upsetting situation, in the end he answered my question which was once ECU is repalced can I take a look to check if problem is fixed he said no. He said once you give me the keys I will fix the problem and then tell you after what was done and changed. I told him to give my car back and i went to another garage who straight away checked the wiring and fixed the problem saving me 100s of £s. Avoid Dial a spare at all cost. Boss man has 2nd hand spares readily available at the garage. Obviously wanting to sell them is part of his business but trying to sell unnecessary parts is fraud. Note: ECU SHOULD BE REPLACED AS A LAST RESORT.

   Total fraud. Very rude all of them. Changed the water pump for my prius (Second hand) for £150 which broke down after six months. I went back and they changed again a new water pump for £250 and said this water pump is in warranty. Within 2 months it also broke down and when i went back to them they total disowned their warranty and started talking very rudely and said go challenge it in court blah blah. Attaching their receipt as well. Just don’t get robbed going there totally worhtless.

   Needed parts for a lexus ct200h. Tried many places, without much luck. Came to dial a spares. Not only did they have EVERYTHING I needed, they also managed to get me a little bit of extra wiring for the indicator which saves me changing the whole loom. Can't fault their service at all, they really do look after you here. Will definitely be back. They might be busy though, but that's because they're good. Highly recommended

   Very unskilled workers. Broken my car parts and electrical wiring was wrongly done. Charge me quite a lot. It would have been better off watching YouTube videos and doing it by myself.
