Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Rude and unfriendly staff. They have card paying issue so cash only . Done click and collect to get stuff I was in need for and the women with white glasses wasn't happy about it seems like. So she decided to keep me waiting yet my item was available at all time at the shelf
Only one till serving at time, there is long queue always, some time 2 or 3 peoples in office can be heard talking to each other but serving customers is not their priority, how ever gentle men on till is helpful and delivering out of his best.
Don't bother with these. 3 times on the spin ive been there and they've given me the wrong items. 1 occasion I ordered a drain plug for my van. Bloke behind the counter said it was definitely the correct plug, as I had asked to make sure it was correct due to the last incorrect 2 items. Got home drained the oil only to find it was the wrong drain plug. Drove back and the bloke said I could order and the correct item would would be delivered by 2pm. Drove back again and item hadn't arrived. Had to go to another eurocarparts to get correct item only to be told I had to purchase the same item again as I couldn't exchange the incorrect item I was told was the right item. These lot are a joke. Honestly just avoid at all costs.
Slowest service ever always a one man band on service desk will they ever change almost 1 hour wait for some coolant today ridiculous. Management need to take action it really is awful.
Excellent service,very friendly staff.
One guy to serve around 12 customers and pick the orders. All whilst there are other staff members sitting out the back. Took about 20 minutes to pick up a single bulb. Always the same everytime I go there. Very slow service.
Decent guy who doesn't mess around, very busy and probably best to call than just turn up.
So so helpful, I cannot fault the service I received here. They were polite and made purchasing a new battery for my car very easy, and were able to offer a range of makes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anybody who is looking for a great place to get parts.
