Took my elderly mum for a haircut and had mine done at the same time. Craig and Gemma were both lovely, gave us plenty of time and listened to what we wanted. Mum really enjoyed the visit and we'll definitely go back.
Had my appointment booked for 2 weeks. Confirmed it again via a text I got a few days ago. Only to be told with 24 hours notice that my appointment has been cancelled. I’m not happy considering it was meant to be a way for me to try my wedding day hairstyle for next week, and now it’s too late to book anywhere new. A small explanation wouldn’t have been a bad thing. Rather than just a straight cancel. Even an option to rearrange would’ve been better than nothing.
I love getting my hair styled at Stonehouse Salon!! I have been coming here since just after they opened, Craig is a miracle worker and everyone is so friendly. I recently had the Nanokeratin treatment on my hair and you can see from the photos it’s changed my life completely from the daily frizz! My friends keep asking have I just been to the salon because it always looks so shiny and non frizzy. You really need to give it a go you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve been coming to Luke for over a year now & he smashes my colour every time!! However today was my first time having extensions put in & I am so happy with them!! Both Luke & Craig did a fab job & I would 100% recommend. I am in love with my new hair. Thankyou
First time booking at the sallon and it was above all expectation. Luke was absolutely amazing. Very welcoming, nice chat, constantly making sure I am comfortable and making great sugestions on my hair colour and cut. Completly change the hair style and colour and an unexpected result.
I’ve been using this Salon for over 3yrs, I’ve always been totally satisfied with my hair. The staff are friendly and always helpful, they listen to what you want and give you good advice on aftercare and products. The background music is not to loud, I can hear my stylist, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I can hand on heart recommend a visit to this Salon, if your looking for a change or somewhere new pop in have a chat to Craig the owner or give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
First and by no means last colour, style and cut with the fabulous Luke. From the moment I first stepped into the salon I was made to feel welcome offering a well needed hot drink on a cold morning. After a discussion regarding what I had in mind, Luke carefully listened and exceeded all my expectations. Not to mention the fabulous head massages throughout my appointment. Thank you Luke. Absolutely love this salon, Luke was amazing and took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. Aveda products are the best I’ve ever used and Stonehouse the best salon I’ve ever been to, would recommend 100%.
