   My hair was to my waist I had a picture my hair to be cut should of been cut to 12 inches below my neck Should of been all one length Couldn’t see back of hair in picture so instead of giving me what I asked for it was completely layed everywhere and it’s just below my chin I’m guessing I was what every hairdresser wants to do cut someone’s hair long to short Never again if I could give zero stars I would Yes you rang apart from a pixi haircut there is nothing else you could of done when you phoned to say you would resolve this And as for improving on your service really if you couldn’t do the style I asked for he should of said

   I have very curly and textured hair. I am so glad I have eventually found someone who is this great with my hair. Had my haircut from Ella twice and she definitely knows how to deal with curls. She would listen to you and suggest best for you. It is a relief that I can now have a nice fringe without worrying about uneven smaller odd curls. I am specifically leaving this comment for other Curlies around who are struggling to find a good stylist, Ella is your person.

   I asked for a butterfly haircut, but it was clear the stylist either didn’t know how to do it or simply rushed to save time. The cut itself was just a very basic layered trim done in under 10 minutes, with no proper layering or shaping. She relied on a blow dry to make it look presentable, but once that wore off, it was obvious nothing had really been done. For £80, this was very disappointing and not worth the price.

   I visited Tony and Guy Wigan for the 1st time today from stepping foot into the salon I received outstanding service, the best around. The salon is beautiful and tranquil with lovely chatty staff. I went to have Nano Keratin smoothing treatment with Gemma. Gemma talked me through the treatment step by step explaining each process . The results from this treatment were phenomenal, I went from a frizzy mess to silky smooth in a couple of hours! I will defiantly be returning would recommend 100%:

   I booked to go to Toni & Guy Wigan on their website which was so easy, I got a same day appointment and despite booking only an hour before turning up, the salon was so organised and pleasant. Lewis washed, cut and blow dried my hair - he was excellent and very professional. An all round brilliant experience. 5*

   After many years of searching, I finally found a hairdresser who can cut hair to suit hair texture, personal style and face shape; I found this at Toni & Guy’s Wigan. I had complete confidence in Darren, he gave excellent advice and the best haircut I have had for years. I actually live in Colorado and will be sure to return every time I pop home.
