    The light skinned staff is so rude and unprofessional.she does not make the store welcoming to customers.I have had countless bad experiences with her.its either she snaps at you or making calls while attending to you,or cleaning the floor while you are waiting for her to attend to you.she does not prioritize her duties.she needs a lot of orientation on how to deliver excellent service .
