Before I had any of these treatments I was sent all the relevant information, including in-depth aftercare and the opportunity to ask any questions I might have. At my appointment everything was very professional. I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed, and the whole procedure was explained to me as it was being carried out. I am absolutely thrilled with all my results and would not hesitate to recommend Danni to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. Today I had the Lumi eye treatment by Danni at Flawless. I'm so impressed after just 4 hours I can already see the difference my dark circles have decreased and also the puffiness. Danni, did my hair after having my hair cut short at another salon and hating it. Danni fitted extensions and even coloured my hair to match them exactly. Even though my hair was heavily boxed dyed. She is a magician absolutely amazing love my new hair. Won’t be going anywhere else.
Calling other customers behind their backs, not nice to hear and my appointment was in December, which was a Christmas treat off a friend. So no, the review is not fake as you so suggest without even knowing who I am. I have absolutely no criticism at all to the hairdressing, Hannah did a fantastic job and my hair looked amazing, so many people commented on it. It wasn't Hannah who was doing the name calling. If you strongly suspect who this is, then you obviously know this is the truth. I am not focusing one one member of staff at all, it was only one member of staff who was actually doing the name calling and of course the comments are being recorded, there are right here on a public review and rightly so.
