Amazing service Lisa did my hair I explained it was my first time at the hairdresser as my sister usually cuts it, lisa had amazing patience as my hair is very long and thick, she listened to exactly what I wanted and she’s done an amazing job will definitely be returning. Thank you!
Recently had my hair colour corrected by katie and then had highlights - she was lovely & did an amazing job with my hair - so happy and will definitely be back for more highlights! So friendly & put me at ease. Would definitely recommend x

What an amazing experience staff are absolutely wonderful and my hair and eye brows look incredible have had an amazing time and a cuppa to. This salon is fantastic great company great workers and I am so going back. Worst customer service and cut I’ve ever had . I left crying . Which I suppose is not uncommon when the stylist is as unprofessional as mine was . Once she had cut of most of the top on my hair , and I was upset , she preceded to walk around the salon loudly saying to anyone who would listen , “but that’s what she asked for isn’t it “ which she did over a dozen times unprofessionally instead of trying to help or provide any comfort. I asked her to keep length and weight , and for my hair (not fringe) to look thicker , impossible with how much hair she cut off . I have about six inches of fringe and a back mullet . Youl have to take my word that it’s not what I asked for . Certainly she made no attempt to understand what I wanted , or talk me through what she was doing before I knew it she was making my fringe from the back of my head . I had a date that night which I told her about . I will need another cut from someplace else before I even feel human again , and I’m left traumatised by the experience of this woman walking around me asking everyone to side with her loudly without any consideration for me , and then having to pay her . Legally I think there’s a massive case for emotional distress . Days later , I can still hear her say “that’s what she asked for isn’t it “ whenever I look at myself . Date was ruined . Customer service , disgusting . Price - you get what you pay for . I paid 31 pound to feel about as ugly as I’ve ever felt , and then to be bullied about it . I’d have happily paid a hundred to someone with the talent to not upset and then harass me getting other staff and customers to agree . Which none did apart from her boss . Who tried her best bless but nothing could be done without cutting more from the top of my head . Will take about 6-8 months to grow back . Each day il have the memory of that woman . I have never given anyone a bad review like this . But if it prevents another girls wedding or date being ruined , and because of the unprofessional way the lady went about in public asking everyone to validate her, if this has not been the case I’d have forgiven and forgotten . But I can still hear her. I still feel humiliated.
My 1st visit today but won't be my last!! Katie has done a great job, love my colour. Jayne has also done a fab job on my brows!! Lovely friendly staff, would definitely recommend!!!
