   Popped into store today (Sun 28/12) to look for a bike for our daughter. Ollie was extremely helpful with recommending the suitable size and explaining all the bits work. She was so eager to ride it that Ollie said he would try and squeeze some time into his day to build it and called us back 4hrs later to say it was ready for collection. Sorry we didn't get to see you to say thanks in person when we collected it but we couldn't be more thankful for all your assistance and going completely out your way to get it built for our daughter, she is over the moon! And absolute credit to the store!

   I just want to say a huge thank you to Jon at Halfords! He was absolutely amazing fixing my child’s bike — quick, professional, and really caring. What stood out most was how kind and thoughtful he was, especially at this time of year with Christmas around the corner. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine friendliness, and Jon really made the whole experience stress-free and cheerful. My kid is thrilled to have their bike ready to ride again, and I’m so grateful for Jon’s help. Highly recommend his service!

   I had a fantastic experience with Bike Mike! He helped me repair and service two children’s bikes on the spot — even without a booked appointment. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to find someone so accommodating and genuinely passionate about what they do. The bikes are now running perfectly, and my kids are thrilled to be able to participate in their school’s cycle to school week.    I never like to give bad review but this store worth 0 stars. Everytime we go there the staff is rude and unprofessional. They spent time chatting while you are waiting to be helped. My husband spent 1h waiting someone to change a stupid bulb light but also they wanted him to find the bulb because they do not know what the cars need. Are you joking?! Horrible experience always...for sure I will not coming back here again anymore.

   Not helpful - went in to have a repair to a tyre and was told there was only one person on shift and could not carry out the work without an appointment 3 days later. They wouldn't even swap the tyre for the spare Would not even consider swapping the Ty tyre for the spare
