   I have been attending this business for a while now (around a couple of years), and I have a range of services from here. The staff are always friendly and always puts me at ease attending. I do not attend anywhere else. I always try to book with the same couple of people who work there as they make me feel as if we are friends having a chat. I have been to OTHER businesses where I was ignored, spoken over and/or treated poorly but definitely do not get that from Escape Beauty.

   Vouchers that only last 6 months and are now no longer available. No customer choice of day for treatment because there's only 2 staff members. Rude attitude and indifference to any kind of customer service. Cancelled my wife's booking as she doesn't feel comfortable going back. Seems like they're circling the drain. The voucher was valid for only 6 months, I came in personally to ask if it could be honoured and after a while of hanging around it was. The belligerence I experienced was also experienced by my wife when she went in. I then called and got the same level of indifference when saying she didn't feel comfortable coming back. Add this to your response here and it's just a shame really. She had her bridal package with you and really liked it, along with other times her or others have been. As you note, that would have been pre 2023, its noticeable how much has changed since then.

   Beautiful place and so many beauty treatments to choose from ! Fantastic spa packages and lovely products. Staff were professional and knowledgeable on various products and treatments. The premises were clean with lovely decor. I would reccomend Escape Beauty & Spa. Thank you.

   Booked in with Amy for a Back Facial first time I have used this treatment and was amazed why I have not had this treatment before. Amy was very professional and put me at ease from the beginning. Atmosphere in the room was relaxing and pleasant. Excellent cleanse and massage left me feeling rejuvenated. Thank you very much Amy will come back again soon.

   Enjoyed the ‘Restore’ spa package as a treat for my sister’s birthday. Having the spa exclusively to ourselves was a dream! Such a lovely, well thought out, and decorated venue. We will definitely be returning in the near future! What a hidden gem in our local town.
