   I had my hair done just under 2 weeks ago. I had a full head of highlights and 3 rows of weft hair extensions put in. The first row began to fall out and become undone within days of having it put in. I had to pay another £40 for someone else to do it as Doll Beauty only had limited availability. The second row has now fallen out, but as they are sewn in, it just hangs off my head. I called Doll Beauty to ask if they could refit it, they advised that they only had 2 days available and did not offer a refund. She offered me a free blow dry. The woman on the phone dismissed the issue stating, ‘I’m sorry we don’t have availability that fits around your schedule’. Unfortunately, for the amount you pay, I’d suggest to everyone to go elsewhere.

   I saw Leah for balayage, trim and 20 inch extension fit. She was super lovely and the results completely surpassed my expectations, will be returning to Leah and Doll Beauty for everything hair related in future. The atmosphere and staff are great ☺️

   ‘From the moment I came in til when I left star had a smile on her face, she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. After taking my coat and bag she then got me settled in a chair and asked if I would like any refreshments ! I talked through what I wanted and off she went! When we was finished she showed me my hair and I could not be happier with the results. She was born into being a hairdresser. The colours that were running through my hair were insane!!! I would recommend star 100% she is the best !!!

   Can’t recommend Jordan enough, she does amazing nails, no issues with chipping/breaking and I work a manual job! I have build a gel and come ready with a design/pic for her which she always gets spot on! Large range of colours to choose from and she updates her colours regularly. Really fun atmosphere in the salon all the girls are lovely and friendly so if Jordan isn’t available you’ll get the same great service from one of the other girls!

   I recently visited Doll Beauty and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The salon's decor was stylish and modern, making for a comfortable and relaxing environment. My hair stylist was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my needs and provided expert advice on what would work best for my hair type. She then went above and beyond to deliver a stunning and precise cut that has received numerous compliments since. Keep shining ladies you are doing a FABULOUS job! I will be back! X

   Doll beauty is an amazing salon! It is so clean and the interior of the salon is stunning! Had such a great experience there and felt very comfortable! The staff were very friendly and professional. I had my hair done by the lovely Faye. She is amazing at dealing with blonde hair and cares about the small details! The highlights were so fine and I was extremely happy! I will definitely go back again for the hair and to also try out other services they offer!

   Had a really great experience today, after not having my hair done for a year to get the colour I’ve got today is amazing, I love it. Both Nancy and Star were excellent and very patient with me having a really big cut that I was anxious about, explaining it all clearly and cutting it in stages to make sure I was happy. My hair now feels and looks incredibly healthy so thank you very much!

   I recently moved to Chester and it was quite daunting finding a new salon. Soon as I seen Doll HQ I knew I wanted that to be my new salon! I was nervous going in, as it can be when you go somewhere new. I met Bron who made me feel so comfortable. I have never loved my hair so much! As Doll do literally everything I then got my lashes done by ell, and they are the best lashes I have had!! Ell is lovely and made me feel so welcome. I have never felt so content at a salon before and enjoy going in every time. I spoke to the owner Dan on the phone and she was so lovely and helpful. They go above and beyond for you, the staff always offer you drinks and make sure your comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I should have moved to Chester sooner!! Thank you ladies xxx

   Absolutely love visiting Doll Beauty. You always receive a warm welcome and drink on arrival. The staff are very friendly, professional and excellent at what they do especially Georgina and Serena who look after me regularly. I travel 40 minutes just to get here because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. It’s brilliant value for money and the products are AMAZING especially with all the offers. I couldn’t fault it and definitely couldn’t recommend this place enough !!!
