   London Hair and Beauty is a safe and welcoming salon for people of all ages, genders (and non). Jo the hairdresser is a consummate professional who has worked miracles on my hair and leaves me feeling amazing, and Max the barber always does a wonderful job of my husbands hair (he serves as a secret agony uncle too, but don’t let anyone know I told you). Inner city quality in the semi rural location of Huntington!

   Poor experience. Have very long hair just now, which needed a deep cleanse, after my being unable to wash it myself for several weeks due to illness. Explained my needs, but the wash was done with little care, and wasn't at all thorough (back of the head not properly done etc.) Styling was nothing special either. Quoted £25, which is quite enough to pay for a wash, but was ambushed at the till for an additional £5 for the 'conditioning treatment', which I paid out of embarrassment. This was not pointed out when I was in the chair. So £30 later my hair looked like I did it myself, and I didn't even feel fresh, or that I looked good, and most importantly, I didn't feel cared about. I don't know where 'London' comes in, but maybe they should head down there for some retraining.

   Lovely trip to London Hair & Beauty. Got my eyebrows done a few weeks ago, great customer service. so went back yesterday for my to hair (colour & cut). Lovely staff, listened to what I wanted and really know their stuff. Looking forward to going back in a couple of months time.

   Under new management the salon is a fantastic place with friendly skilled staff offering many great services and treatments in both the hair salon, the beauty rooms and the nail bars! Great value too!
