   Well stocked little shop with easy parking. Problem is the staff. Guy that served me in there today was unnecessarily sarcastic and unwelcoming. Made me feel I was a problem for just being in there. Wanted to pick up a few bits I hadn't pre-ordered but will just go to Halford instead. Shame.

   Placed on order online this morning at 07:15 with free next day delivery. Was contacted by email asking if can be delivered today. replied saying as long as before 16:45. Delivery arrived at 09:30. Exeptional service deserving praise.

   Got the part as needed. But the fella on the front desk who served me was overly sarcastic. Not everyone who makes purchases here is a qualified mechanic. The car battery I bought was faulty after 1 day. How ever the manager was great and exchanged it for me with no fuss.

   Very welcoming Very good customer service If you are not aware of any product they offer you the knowledge and suggest you the correct product. I fell sorry for not getting the name of the person who served me. He is bald and has a bump on his head.

   I had ordered brake discs and pads online but incorrect size discs were delivered from the local store. My friend took me to the store in Hoddesdon to exchange them but they didn't have the right ones in stock. They were unable to source any until another day which was not suitable as my friend could only fit that day, however, the staff were very helpful and managed to arrange refund. Euro car parts are usually my go to for spares as can order online and they deliver within a day or two.

   It's getting harder to work with you because you didn't fulfill your order or you lose customers too late every day because you were forced to buy from another parts distributor I'm so sorry! I have been a loyal customer for 10 years but it doesn't matter!

   The worst mistake I made was to buy at this store. If I had not paid previous to going to store I would have gone somewhere else. There is no customer service, you will 30min to be served. If you want to click and collect like I had chosen to do. You do not go to this store

   What a massive change from other euro car parts store, the young chap behind the counter was polite, respectful and courtious but most of all helpful. OK so the 1 person in the store at a time is a bit of a put off... Especially if its raining!! Bit of an oversight there guys. Would use again though.
