   Went to collect an online order, they had given me the wrong item… TWICE. I ordered a halfords advanced D-lock which was supposed to have a 10/10 diamond security rating , and they gave me a regular D-lock which was completely different - I could tell because the security rating only said 8/10. After calling them out on this, they gave me another D-lock which had the halfords advanced branding, but it was worse than the one I had ordered (I was supposed to get 3 keys and a 4th key with an LED that would light up for night use, but the one they’d given me only came with 3 keys without the LED key). It also didn’t have a rubber handle at the top, it was missing the actual box cover and the extension cable was zip-tied (I think it was a customer return??) completely disappointed I will not be going anywhere near this halfords branch again.

   ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic service from Hamza and Wayne at Halfords Gallows Corner! They absolutely blew my mind with their professionalism and patience. Changing a bulb on an Audi Q7 can be a nightmare, but they made it look effortless — and even managed to have a great bit of banter along the way. Credit to Halfords for having such amazing, customer-focused staff. Highly recommend!

   Caused damage to two alloys when taking a car in for new tyres. Issue raised and have had no response in two weeks, awful service. Also car was booked in for 4 wheel alignment - a service shown and paid for - only to be told they ‘do not do it’ aka they didn’t want to move the cars out as the machine was at the front. Even worse they are still trying to charge full amount paid for. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

   Excellent customer service & always plenty of parking. Staff on parts desk very helpful, staff on regular checkout friendly, floor staff always asking if they can help, fixing staff are problem solvers. Bit irregular as some standard parts (fixtures & fittings) need to be ordered in ahead of time.
