Highly recommended. Lovely friendly staff. I had botox and lip filler from Shaun. He was fantastic and done a fabulous job. Im so happy. I was made to feel really comfortable and at ease. Also didn't feel a thing. Can't wait to go back for my top up and I will be a returning customer.
Incredible lip filler experience today: having had a previous bad experience which put me off for over 12 months, I was so thrilled to of now found such extremely talented professionals. Even fixed lumps I had still from a previous bad experience. You was so considerate and genuinely cared about my experience. Didn’t feel a thing and love my lips. I cannot recommend Shaun more. He and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond to support you and help you to feel at ease / relaxed during your treatments. Not only is Shaun the lip king but he truly cares about his clients, it’s not just about the job he does. He has the kindest heart and has time for everyone, nothing is rushed and the reassurance for those who suffer from anxiety is 10/10. Would never ever dream of going elsewhere & just look at those perfect lips. Built up over a year and considering I had paper thin lips when I first came I am totally in love with how they look now and my confidence has gone right up. Thank you so much ❤️ Beth greaves xx
I have had treatments from both Michelle and Shaun at her previous business, this was my first visit to her new address. I was unable to score higher as I walked away without treatment on this occasion as 40 minutes after my appointment time I had not been acknowledged in any way by Michelle or Shaun and the lasses on Reception hadn't brought the forms over to me. I had alerted them I would have to leave shortly due to parking issues which I was anxious about but no reassurance was given, they didn't offer to alert Michelle or Shaun and in fact I felt unwelcome. Very disappointing given previous experiences with Michelle and Shaun, they do usually offer a good service at reasonable prices.
First time getting lip filler today. It was a lovely experience and the results are great!! I immediately felt secure by the multiple certifications held by the employees that were displayed on the wall. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The pricing was extremely competitive too. I am a new mom and had to bring my young 4 month old son with me (a situation I was a bit embarrassed about but after 4 months at home with him it was time to do something for me, pram and all). The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed me and my baby with open arms. The process itself was very quick and relatively painless. Overall I had a great experience here and I will be going again for my filler top up when the time comes and recommend them!

Really disappointed, my daughter had Dutch braids done and quality was poor. The braids were lose and parts of the hair not even tied up properly, her parting wasn’t even central.
