   Andy and Arjun went above and beyond to solve the mystery of the faulty lights on our car, even though it was close to closing time it didnt feel rushed and they stayed until they got the lights working. we felt awful that it wasnt just a bulb swap like we thought it was going to be but they were very kind and explained everything really well. Cannot recommend this store or this duo more!

   I had an issue with a back side light on my old ford focus. It wasn't as simple as changing a bulb as it was an led strip. The manager (whose name i didn't get so apologises) was superb he priced up a whole new cluster ordered it for me and arranged for it to be in store the next day new years eve. When I went to collect it he allowed one of his staff to put it on for me. The young lad was very professional and friendly. Both he and the manager checked it was all working correctly and wished me happy new year. Top class customer service from the team at the Thurrock store. Thank you.

   I stopped at Halfords Lakeside, the team there were amazing so helpful and so professional. There was light on my dashboard indicating low tyre pressure, a young gentleman helped me select the right tyre pressure unit, his advice was unbiased and client focus. After this Luke gave my car a check up, filled up the screen wash, topped up the oil as well as checking the air pressure for the tyres. Great Team cannot praise them enough.

   This afternoon I visited Halfords in West Thurrock just to buy a small item (brake tool). While I was in the store I’ve noticed that car battery HSB096 YUAVA which had been reduced for almost half of the price. I left Halfords with feeling really nice and also I am so grateful to Deacon and Sharon whom provided me with outstanding customer service and support. 5/5

   Went to Halfords in Lakeside to have windscreen fixed. Good job & cheaper than elsewhere. Staff were very helpful. Joined the motor club & got free 10 point check before driving back to Greece. Young lady did my check, she was fantastic. Even changed my reversing bulb that had blown. Will definitely be using them again on my next visit back to UK. Thanks guys, great job

   Had my rear dash cam fitted after a year ago the front one was installed. Very happy with both and the rear dash cam was neatly fitted with everything tucked away nicely. Can't remember the chaps name, but was from Romania and was polite, friendly and did a great job. Many thanks!

   Extremely slow service, clearly understaffed, noone even on shop floor to assist. Till point was an absolute mess of junk and not kept tidy, and considering that every bicycle purchase requires the customer to sign a piece of paper, there was nowhere for me to even lean to do this. Saying that though, very happy with product.
