   This place is amazing, the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Got the wings which were so tasty and juicy and got the steak sizzler which wow it was so tasty, the steak pieces were soft and tender, the chips were so perfectly cooked. I honestly cannot wait to come back and try some more food on the menu.

   The ambiance of this restaurant is really nice, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The burgers I tried were absolutely the best in Manchester—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Each bite was a delight, and I can honestly say it's going to be my go-to place for burgers. I won't be going anywhere else! If you're a burger lover, this spot is a must-visit!

   Incredible Food We took a gamble by travelling 26 miles after one of the lads watched a TikTok review of this restaurant. We were cautious upon arrival as the venue was empty so much so we ventured to a nearby restaurant and were told we should expect an almost 2 hour wait. Reluctantly We returned to this restaurant and were at this time the only ones in there, however we could see telephone orders being taken out by their delivery lad. After placing the order, starters and mains we waited a little while longer than what were normally used to but spotted the sign on the wall advising us that the food was being prepared in a coal oven grill explaining slightly longer cooking times. Staff were courteous snd smily throughout our visit. The food when delivered was without exception ‘amazing’ in a word, I’ll say it again AMAZING. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted quality. It’s rare that all of us would ever agree on the quality of food we ate but it was unanimously agreed that this was a great choice. Everything cooked just perfect, fresh and full of flavour. Whilst we was eating two other groups arrived which filled the atmosphere. I’m completely oblivious to why more people were not eating here. So much so asked the staff, they asked that I review the venue and here I am. We ordered, for starters the Halloumi, Cheesy Nachos and garlic prawns. For the main, two combo fillet meals boxes , a chicken burger, a ghost burger with cheesy chips … there was a little left over at the end however that was because the 4.5 of us were stuffed. Guys, I strongly recommend this place as a must go to if you like quality food at a good price. Thank you to the staff, both at the front and the back. We will be back. I really hope your business gets the recognition it deserves. Be blessed.

   One of the few places that ALWAYS gets our order right. It's always delivered hot and fresh. Heads up, it's a little slower than other places, but it's well worth the wait. They obviously put time and care into every order they make. 10/10

   First & last time was not a great experience at all, We ordered a Ghost box, Philly box and and Chick box Firstly CASH ONLY, so much inconvenience, then moving onto food no flavours at all the FOOD was overwhelmingly full of SALT taste no enjoyment as the Ghost smashed patties were very dry & chewy, Overall not worth the price at all, these boxed are all over priced and none include any drinks at least the place should offer normal TAP water with the food. Typically pricing £17.00+ a box but no drinks included. However the food had left a very sour & salty after-taste this was very sickening. There was no taste from the sauces at all. The shredded beef was also very soggy & overpowered by the taste of the meat & far to much sources that comprised the burgers and sides. Overall to summarise not a pleasant experience at all. All in all we were all expecting big expectations after reading the review's but left disappointed & with an unpleasant sickening taste and would not recommend at all.

   Really enjoyed the food here, everything cooked perfectly. Portion size are really good, well worth the money. Average spend is about £10 to £20 per person. Will definitely go back and recommend. Good job fire and ice team

   Visited Fire & Ice many times since it opened and the standards are top notch. We’ve had the fillet steaks a few times over the last few months and they are so delicious and cooked perfectly. Other top items are the ghost burgers and lamb chops, the portion sizes are really good is well so you get value for money. A very happy regular customer
