Brisket was amazing, Beef rib was really nice too, the beef rib was too small for the price, and overall the portion sizes are not big enough, probably to encourage a starter and a desert? Either way. I pay for good food, and this hit the mark

First time here and it didnt disappoint! Great service and great food! Steak was cooked to perfection, corn ribs were yummy and the half rack of ribs were super tasty! Had a chocolate milkshake for dessert too! Overall good value for money! Car park gets a bit hectic at busy times but still seemed to be spaces available.

This is a very good Hickory’s. Was super busy when we went but the food was some of the best I’ve had at one of these restaurants. Chicken wings were really nice and great spice on the Louisiana ones. Went for the beef rib main and wow was so delicious easily the best thing I’ve had here. Shared some things so did try the ribs which were cooked nice and had a great smoking and the brisket was very good here. Got the s’mores for dessert which was cool, somehow expected them to come as melted marshmallow biscuit but they come with the fire for you to toast yourself. Messy as hell but so nice, so defo worth it. Parking can be difficult.

It’d be damning the place with faint praise to say it was good for a chain restaurant, when actually it’s just a good restaurant in its own right. Been here a few times, as well as branches in Poynton and Chester (this is my favourite of the bunch). Wings are very decent, their brunch muffins are a perfect version. It’s great for kids, with free popcorn, cinema room and ice cream station (pancake was straight up awful though). Plenty of staff, which I actually think can hamper service a touch sometimes. Loads of parking and a good vibe. I’m very glad they exist and seemingly doing really well. They’re a great, consistent option throughout the day and evening. Bottomless coffee is very much appreciated!

The restaurant offers a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s highly recommended to book a table in advance. Upon arrival, the hostess who guided us to our table was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a warm smile. Even though the interaction was brief, he chatted with us casually, which made us feel right at home. One pleasant surprise was the complimentary popcorn served before the meal — a fun and tasty way to start the dining experience. We were especially impressed by a staff member named Jack. He was thoughtful, polite, and attentive to every guest’s needs. When it came to the food, the quality was excellent. We ordered a sharing platter that was both delicious and generously portioned — more than enough to leave us full and satisfied. To top it all off, we were surprised with a birthday cake at the end — a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made the evening even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience in every aspect — from the atmosphere to the food and the exceptional service.

Great place, very busy but the food was great. Good size portions, tasty food and kind service. We seat in the bar in front of the kitchen and even chefs are very kind. They offer popcorn for start and some tasty brisket with sauce to try. The bill with desert and 2 wines was more than great. Definitely i will come back.

Great restaurant for a family meal! We decided to book a table for the night we arrived at a campsite close by since we knew we wouldn't want to cook after setting everything up. Food was excellent and perfect for sharing - me and my son had the hog Mac and cheese which was delicious , and the frickles were particularly awesome! Everything here seems to be generously sized and the desserts were amazing - definitely need to have frozen custard again!

Great cocktails, milkshakes, sodas and absolutely delicious food!! The atmosphere in here is brilliant too - with a Deep South America theme. Recommending the ‘Go Big or Go Home’ burger! However, disappointing they don’t accept American Express cards.

My Wife and I got together with the rest of the family for a get together after barely seeing one another since the pandemic began. The atmosphere, service and food are all excellent. The sheer variety of dishes and the portions were plentiful and delicious. The overall cost was very reasonable too. The staff were all courteous and friendly and it all made for a delightful afternoon and overall experience. We'll definitely be visiting again.
