   Very poor customer service. I had a voucher from ford customer relationship centre he told me he wouldn’t accept it in bad manners way. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all. He told me to go next door along to trust ford allen.

   You have to queue outside and the very reduced Saturday hours are a joke. Only one person serving, I feel sorry for him!! He is the only reason this place even got a star.

   Travelled here from Harold hill only to find out they don't accept cash. They should've informed me when I called before arriving as I didn't have a card. My top rad hose was expensive at £38.88.

   The postcode takes you to a church. Its on the orherside of the bridge (train line) across the road from the park. Once you get there, nice ppl and straight forward process. I recommend calling them to make sure they have the part in stock. Recommended for ford parts.
