Hard working honest guys. Very knowledgeable and quick. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend to friends and will go again should I need anything done to my car. They were quick and booked me in immediately for my 320i.
SD performance were able to assist me first thing this morning on a very busy Monday Morning when I developed an issue with my Adblue. Inside of half an hour I was on my way with the issue being completed sorted. This young man explained to me exactly what had happened and gave me complete peace of mind. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will definitely be using his services again for tuning.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered on the 22nd August 2025 for a set of 4 caps. Never received my order. After multiple phone calls and them saying they sent it. It still never arrived. Called again 12/09/25 to chase it, only to be told that they are out of stock. Requested a refund due to their poor customer service and communication. Avoid purchasing anything, not worth the wait.
I would not be ordering from them again. Ordered wheel caps on 3rd Sep that were supposed to be next day dispatch. Almost a week went by and didn't get any email from them. I had to reach out and message them on whatsapp to get a reply saying the itemsl is out of stock and the warehouse team will refund me. They didn't even offer an apology...sorry but thats substandard service.
Total rip off didn’t even check my air con system and told me air con is leaking charged me £30 without doing anything. There are ways of making money but this is totally unacceptable. Lost a valued customer. Went to another garage and got it done no leak or etc. stay away at all cost.
