   Called searching for a rear wiper blade for Jaguar F pace as having little success finding one locally. They advised the earliest they could get one was the next day but I already had an MOT booking and needed one today, ideally. Having left it there, they called back 5 minutes later telling me they could get one into the Strood branch from another branch by 4pm. Turned up at 4.15pm and there it was ready to purchase. Going beyond what I expected. Most places would have ended the call and left me to search elsewhere. Great service.
