   Young lady on the till 20/12 was very polite and helpful getting stock levels to see if they had in the dashcam i wanted. After a couple of minutes she called me over to let me know they had one instock with the wiring kit and got my transaction completed for me quickly and smoothly. Very helpful would recommend the store and use again.

   My name is Tony Paid for two headlight bulbs click and collect when I got there at Gravesend branch they gave me some refund said it would be cheaper to buy a twin pack rather than single ones. What fantastic customer care five stars I will be back at this store. Thank you again.

   Failed to send confirmation email for pick up, had to phone service centre, who confirmed that my order was ready. Drove to store, very rude, careless & arrogant attitude from sales assistance at till. Struggled to raise his head and mumbled "Yes". I placed a copy of my order on the checkout and said I'm here to collect parts, again with his head lowered he mumbled, "what parts", I said the order is there with the order number, he them mumbled "surname", how rude!! He walked off got the parts and returned, stating that I owe a penny, despite me paying in full online. Totally ignored the order confirmation which I printed and took with me. I have never felt so offended in a retail environment. Never asked for ID, he doesn't deserve to be in employment. So careless & uterly rude! I will never shop at Halfords again, he is lucky that he didn't get a mouthful, the rudest shop assistant that I have ever met!!

   Totally disastrous interaction. Bought and paid for a battery with installation recommended by website. Turned up to collect when Sent message that battery was ready. No appointment so no installation despite no opportunity to make an appointment in purchase process. Then asked all my details and offered an appointment next day. Great. Turned up next day, can't install this battery in your car. You have to go to an auto centre. No-one knows what they are doing in this store. Totally lost confidence, if I ever buy from Halfords again it will not be from this store.

   Gravesend store brilliant Customer services in South Africa worse than awful just let your customers contact the store directly… a hour of my time wasted… store resolved in 1 minute Second experience of the customer service last time I cancelled and went to boots I suggest you are losing a lot of business Store experience spot on Online experience worse than awful not sure I would use again

   Frustrating trying to find out updates on how my bike repair was going, the store never picks up the phone and when they did promised call backs but never called back. When I came to pay for my repairs I had a 10% discount voucher, which was perfectly fine, but the person on the checkout couldnt process it and sort of said 'tough', without any reason.

   Took my kids Bike for repair( Halford free assessment) and got it fixed for free by the team! I was expecting a massive bill of around 50£ or so thinking I had to replace the brakes but it had just loosened and had to be re-wired. Thank You SO much Team! Happy Kid Happy Mommy
