Sarah and the team are incredible! I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, talented and generally just lovely! I am growing out my grey roots and don’t have the patience to do the natural transition so I popped in to ask if it was possible to colour my box-dyed hair to help blend the grey growth. I was anxious about it before the consultation but once we chatted about the process I was more than happy to book an appointment. To say I am over the moon with the result is an understatement! What can i say.... my usual barbers where closed due to unforeseen circumstances, I'm always very precious about who does my hair and have used the same guy for years. Sarah is knowledgeable, welcoming and professional. Her staff are lovely and they always make me a cup of tea while I get my hair done. I have quite bad anxiety and avoided going to a hairdressers for nearly 3 years before coming to Sarah. Now I regularly book on every few months and never stress or worry about it.
Sarah bleached, toned & cut my hair today. She is honestly the most loveliest and welcoming person ever. I was very excited but also anxious, she led me through the steps and I couldn't be more happier with my hair. She got it the perfect colour and I feel so so confident with it! The whole team made me feel so welcome, it may have took over 3 hours but it was the best time ever!
Decent price and friendly staff but I honestly hate my hair right now. I asked for a full head bleach but during the lifting I was suggested to leave my root so my scalp doesn't get damaged. After washing the bleach off, I expressed how I wasn't keen on the dark root but was told they were not able to lift my root as light as I wanted it to be and left me with no option. I don't think they have enough experience on doing Asian hair, and I should be told they can't bleach my scalp before I put down a deposit not during the process.
They always happy to help their customers and try and fit around the days suited to you and let you know when thes cancellations, nice relaxed friendly place , friendly people .
