   Thank you to Li for doing a fabulous job on my hair and listening to what I wanted. Full head of highlights and a beautiful ash blonde colour, blending the greys, I am absolutely made up! Followed by a lovely cut and wavy blow dry. Also gave lots of advice on how to manage at home until my next visit. Would highly recommend xx

   Went in for a haircut on Saturday morning, it’s a first come first serve basis. I called beforehand to check their availability and upon arrival I was asked to take a seat and wait! Nobody asked me whether I wanted a normal haircut, so for the first time I had a DRY HAIRCUT which I assume is all they could offer - It would’ve been nice for them to not have jumped to assumptions/ asked first! A customer that came in shortly after me was asked to go away and return in 20 minutes - when she came back, I still hadn’t been attended to and they forgot which one of us got there first! I have very long, very straight hair. I’m 5ft11 so I was asked to STAND UP during my haircut instead of sitting down like everybody else. Nevertheless for £12.50 I’d highly recommend it as I’ve never been charged so little in this country BUT if you’re a tall girl with long hair who doesn’t wish to be the only person standing up in the salon (whilst everybody else sits down) definitely head elsewhere as this was my first time EVER having a haircut standing up!
