My girlfriend went and was highly anxious they was so caring and gentle with her hair thats shes going to make this her choice of hair dressers
I visited a hair salon to address tangles in my hair. Despite requesting detangling, the stylist proceeded with a scalp wash. Subsequently, my hair became a large matted mass, possibly requiring shaving. And when I politely asked for advice, the manager asked me to leave the salon. The insensitive treatment added to my distress, leading me to spend the weekend in tears at home, feeling hurt and humiliated. The citizen advice consumer center told me that I can claim 100% refund. So I need to cut all my hair and take back 20£??!!! Be careful who u trust even for a simple wash and blow out. Aften some time I have to make clear that i am not from here and i have seen through cosmetology that some ingredients dont work withme. They tried to treat me with the best things but for me had an opposide effect. In the end off the day i received a short haircut that was needed. So I sorry again.
Love all the girls in here. Danielle, Lisa, Claire are all amazing hairdressers. The Saturday girls are so lovely too. Always so friendly and can have a proper laugh in there - love it!
Really disappointed in the service my sister received here. Twice she has booked an appointment in advance with a specific member of staff and had to wait over 30 minutes to be passed to another member of staff. Not only was she left disappointed and upset as she had been let down again and this time on her prom day with no apology or explanation given. What is the point in booking in to be left sat there and not given the member of staff you have specifically booked in for
Don’t pay attention to price list! initially loved the stylist that was doing my hair she was great but after applying my colour she went to do another clients hair. I was left for a long time (the junior said they had forgotten) and when the colour was washed out I was then put with a different stylist for cut and finish. I had priced up my colour, cut and finish using the site then after booking had to go to the salon to pay £20 deposit and asked again - stylist stated £70 total. When I come to pay I was charged a total of £90 with the £20 deposit! I queried this after leaving as I was in a rush with being at the salon so long! Only to be ignored and not responded to. Completely overpriced, only interested in the money and I would honestly avoid!
