Took my car in for a full major service could not fault the company. They took very good pride and care in my vehicle and kept me well updated throughout the day. I’m picking my vehicle up. I was greeted by a young reception girl who was so well polite and mannered and helped me in every way I would definitely return back to this company.

Further update:- I raised this issue formally to Dynes group on the same day asking to respond within 5 working days. Colin reached out within 24 hours. We had number of discussions from this point and agreed on miscommunication. In the interests of getting this solved quickly and fairly we agreed to settle this for additional £150 to fit the new front shock absorbers and I have provided them same brand new tyre to refit. It appears to be now both issues have resolved and I have collected the car this afternoon. Thank you ————————————————————————— Very very disappointed and annoyed. I went with a problem in my car. The car steering wheel was drifting to the right and and had bit of noise. I took the car to this garage since it was closer to where I live. The garage did the check and sent me a quotation for £769. They mentioned This is for all the suspension related stuff , things have worn out and al that bits. The amount was punch in the face for me but still I asked the receptionist, will this solve the problem of steering wheel and noise. She said yes. Ok then I asked her to proceed. Kate called me in the evening saying the car is ready, steering wheel issue is sorted and but the noise is there which she’s not sure but re affirmed as I drive this should sort itself out. I collected the keys , paid £769 and drove of the car. My God, I still have the same issue if not worse. I called them back immediately explaining all this . She said to bring back the car this morning . I met the workshop manager who asked my couple of questions, one of the tyres had puncture 1 month ago which I had replaced and I have been having this issue of steering wheel since then. I asked them to look at it and sort out. I called them and asked the status of the car. They are now saying , drifting is because of the punctured tyre I replaced and the noise because of shock absorbers. They sent me a quotation for another £578 to replace the shock absorbers and to replace the tyre of the same brand of other 3 tyres. What a rip off this is. They call themselves a car specialist, costed me £769 and I have the same problem in my car and asking me spend another £600 odd pounds. It takes my blood and sweat to earn £769 and companies like these can take this in seconds . I would have been still ok if the car would been sorted but my car has same issue if not worse. Absolutely pathetic. I may go to financial ombudsman.

Having used Dynes ( Northumberland Heath) previously when my car developed a fault they were my go to option. I know sometimes places say "free advice" but that is not always the case. On this occasion they test drove my car then checked and inspected my wheel balance and alignment, and they charged me nothing, zilch. But it was not just about the free advice; the place is well run by helpful staff who are both knowledgeable and efficient. This garage will now be my number one place for problems with my car. Highly recommended.

Would really recommend. My sons car was telling him he had a puncture so we called Dynes out on a next day service to change the suspected tyre. The friendly guy checked the car over and advised that he didn’t think there was a puncture after all and the tyre just needed pumping up as it was very, very low. After speaking to his manager he confirmed they wouldn’t charge us anything for the call-out. Very much appreciated and will definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic service from Dynes this morning! Was due in at their shop for 9am for 2 new tyres but one was punctured so badly I couldn't make it there. A quick call to them and they arranged a mobile home visit and attended within an hour. The lady I spoke to on the phone (Charlotte) was amazing, as was Michael, the Tyre Fitter who attended. I could not recommend these enough. Me being a donut drove forward into wood (I was in a car park) and my bumper got stuck so I could not move. I called green flag who basically told me my insurance doesn’t cover it and I would have to claim from my car insurance. NO THANK YOU. They recommended Dynes, so I called and spoke to a wonderful lady called Ella. She was so understanding and kind, we both laughed at my situation (if I didn’t laugh I would cry) she did everything she could to get me help! They managed to get to me so quickly and managed to get me unstuck with NO DAMAGE!! Could not be more thankful to Ella and the guy (sorry didn’t get his name!) who were both professional and kind! Especially given it was a bank holiday Friday and past 5pm!! Thank you so much!!! (Photos of my tragic accident for you all to have a giggle!!!)
