   Excellent service I felt listerned to,and as an older driver I wasn't made to feel silly or that I didn't understand, after I left the garage I thought I had a clutch issue and called them to tell them about it and the guy called Rob walked to my car took it for a little drive and said the clutch was fine, again he made me feel listened to and not like a silly old woman.    Hands down Apollo Autos are the best. Trustworthy, understanding, professional and honest. They have been looking after our cars for nearly 7 years now and are always upfront with what needs to be done and what will be coming up in the future, estimates and times scales. There have been so many times ive been expecting a large bill for works only to be pleasantly surprised. Nothing is too much trouble and I always feel looked after and never patronised.    Brought my car in for a fix and Apollo’s were fantastic. Really kind and explained everything that needed doing, costs etc. Another garaged explained it would be a £2.5k fix, but Apollo’s found the root of the issue which meant it was only £250. They genuinely care about their customers and won’t do unnecessary work, which I really appreciate. Will only bring my car here from here on! Thanks guys :)

   I went to this garage to change the oil and oil filter, their work is really excellent. Even though I had booked an appointment in another garage, they refused me with an excuse, and I went to this garage on my way back home, they did my job quickly and when I got home, I checked under my car. The tray under my car didn't already have two screws and these had two of their own and I was very happy to see that because I hadn't talked to them about it, thank you.

   Twice now I have had some welding done by them on my motorhome due to mot failure. Both times they have done a marvellous job at a reasonable price. This was also the opinion of the mechanic that had previously failed the mot.

   Apollo Autos in Erith overcharge you for parts and for labour. They also do not tell you that there is a charge if they are going to look into your car, people will say ‘I should of known’, however I asked the person at the reception to give me a rough idea and he wasn’t experienced at fixing cars so I had no choice. It shouldn’t of been chargeable as I already told them what the issues were and it doesn’t take you one hour to check if a locking wheel nut is rounded off. Go to Dynes in Erith instead, much better service and value for money!

   I cant fault these guys on my experience today. I was sitting nervously waiting whilst they had my car, expecting the worse and a bigger bill. To my surprise it was good news all around, they helped me out massively and have certainly not just made my day but my whole week, month and year! I highly recommend them and will certainly be using apollo autos from now on. Very nice, friendly atmosphere and a family run business with high customer care. Second to none! Thanks so much
