   Ordered part trough Gumtree, asked me to pay in his private account and I did. Waited three weeks for delivery, promissed four times next day and so on but never arrived, finally last week on Wednesday I have asked for refund and Aleks now saying it takes three days for refund to come trough, and guess what, from business account, not the one I've paid in. It is Tuesday evening now, still no signs of refund. To me it looks as a scam and money laundering, however, this my experience with this guy and company, draw your own conclusions.

   I bought an injector for my car and when my mechanic fitted was not working at all. There was just smoke and the engine was working in 3 cylinders only. I asked before buying the injector if I can bring it back just in case is not working and they assured me that will not be a problem. So, I came back and they refused to take the injector back and refund my money, saying that my mechanic damaged the injector and that injector needs to be codded and trying to find a lot of reasons to not give my money back. I've been there 3 times already and I left the injector to test it , so when I called they told me the injector is working perfect, which is a big lie. My mechanic showed me the injector was damaged where the little holes are and that's why is faulty. That lady was very rude and when I asked for my money back she asked me to show her the receipt, but they didn't gave me any receipt. So when I told her that I didn't get any receipt she said I should ask for the receipt. This was unacceptable, so I've contacted Consumer Rights Services and they will receive a visit shortly from an agent to clarify my problem ! UPDATE 16.05.2018 I've been there today to check what happened with that injector and to ask for a receipt, but they forced me to leave their property saying that I shouldn't write this negative review. One employee was very angry and he was about to hit me when I told him I'll go to the Police. They told me that I'm not welcome there and they will not give nothing : NO RECEIPT, NO INJECTOR, NO MONEY BACK ! It's unbeliavable what's happening and how they can treat customers like that without any fear from autorities or police. AVOID THIS CAR BREAKER COMPANY !!!
