Good communication, was happy to organise my wheels to arrive on the day I got back from holiday - Very helpful and efficient.
Terrible customer service after I'd bought a set of alloys. Sent me a set that didn't fit my car and when raised the issue with them they where no help at all with organising the return. It then took them over 2 weeks to refund me the money back they always had a reason saying they couldn't find them even though the courier had a signature from them.
Great customer service and ultra quick delivery . 5 stars from me . To top it off the rims look great on the roadster.
Took money for a part, 3 days later decided to let me know they dont have it, and it will take a week to return my money. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT USE looks like these guys make a habit of listing parts they dont have and then keeping your money for a week.
Bought a set of alloys and wheel nuts. Their website, their customer service, their products, everything I have experienced has been top class. I would easily buy from them again
I ordered a new wheel from these guys online. They reached out ot me the same day to inform me that there was an 8 week lead time. Due to this I requested a refund to which they responded and actioned immediately. After a great short experience with these guys. I will use them in future as I am positive of a great experience next time.
