Outstanding Tow Bar Installation – Highly Recommended! I recently had a tow bar kit installed on my camper, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. The team had to first deal with a poorly installed kit from a previous installer, which they removed and replaced with the correct parts. The way they worked through the issues made it look easy—but it was clear a lot of skill and effort went into solving the problems efficiently and without a single complaint. Both technicians were highly knowledgeable. One, more senior, took the time to explain every step of what he was doing. He clearly has a passion for the work and would make an excellent teacher. I didn’t catch their names, but their professionalism and expertise stood out. The friendly dog that popped by every 15–20 minutes for some play and cuddles added a warm, personal touch to the experience. It really felt like I was dealing with a family-run business that cares. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone needing a quality tow bar installation. A+ service all around at a very reasonable price. Thank you and wish you all the best

After having our tow bar and electrics fitted, we had a few concerns while away on our camping trip. Despite it being his day off, Kieran drove all the way to our campsite to check everything over and ensure it was working safely and correctly. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our safety went above and beyond what we expected. Everything was sorted quickly, and it gave us total peace of mind for the rest of our trip. Can't recommend this company highly enough. The guys saw me straight away, diagnosed the problem and explained why it had happened. They upgraded my old unit for a newer, better one and I was back on the road within 45 mins. Really lovely people, loved playing ball with Alan the dog. Five stars, why can't everything be this easy.
Had our towbar fitted by these guys 3 years ago, and had worked amazingly! Came down today as lights not working and was seen immediately and problem solved within a few minutes! They fitted a towbar that is fine. Unfortunately, it took two attempts, the first time they fitted a fixed one when I'd paid for a removable one. They explained they had ordered the wrong one, so asked me to return when they got the right one in. It takes me 1/2hr to get there (then 1/2hr home) and 1 hr to change the bar. So, 2hrs on the morning I was due to go away was inconvenient. The main reason for the low grade though is, when it went in the car was equipped with the car jack tool kit, when I needed to use the jack, on an isolated country road 2 months later it wasn't there. The tool kit is stored where the towbar wiring plugs into the main car loom. I phoned Towrite to ask if they have my kit to which they denied taking it out. A bad situation made worse. Thanks!

Took my car there to have the electrics rectified but it was quickly discovered the car was fine, the fault was with my trailer. The guys were good as gold, didn't laugh and didn't charge me anything. (I bought a new trailer lighting board though, of course)
Recently contacted Towrite to ask them to look into an issue I was experiencing with my towing electrics. They were extremely helpful and resolved the issue in their in-house workshop quickly and at minimal cost. They have a well-stocked shop for all towing accessories and trailer needs. Highly recommended, based upon my experience.
