Had my nails done here a few times and the young staff are pleasant and do a good job. Sadly, the place is let down by the female owner, who is so rude. She was pushing my hands away, telling me to keep still and just has a terrible attitude in general. Not a nice experience, I won’t be retuning!
First visit here today 10/10 very friendly and quality service will definitely go back and highly recommend. I got lovely cats eyes on my nails.
Had my nails done 4th time at Melissa's,The first 3 times the young girl was patient caring and done great job.Today was a totally different experience as the lady who done them today was so rude,shoved my hands away,told me to keep still (I turned my head away as trying not to sneeze) I wont be going back my nails are horrible and all different lengths.I think she is the owner.
My daughter and I went for the first time today we both got removal of biab and new set each absolutely delighted with our nails the service and staff were fab will definitely be our new nail place from now on
I had my nails done and they was just pointing upwards and was thin never again going their and paying 37 rather go somewhere else who does them properly
very good service lovely nails but just got my nails done today and some nails feel loose and I spent a lot off money on them!
Lovely lovely set of staff in here. Made me feel really welcome and catered exactly to the set of nails i wanted. Amazing prices as well, made sure to let me know if there was anything i needed to come back. Will only ever go to these guys. So gentle with my hands and chatty to relax you! Got my nails done here today, wanted a specific design, claimed they couldn’t do it, they did designs I did not ask for, ignored me the whole way through, cost my £45, cuticles were left cut. Continued to compliment the woman next to me, and looked at me stupid. Definitely would not recomend.
Been going here for many years now and honestly can’t fault them. Always a friendly service and everything is done to perfection no matter how busy they are! Many times they’ve stayed behind hours to fit me and others in and always make sure I’m satisfied. They’ve always asked how I am through my whole pregnancy and remember every detail I tell them, not just a nail shop they truly are amazing!
Absolutely beautiful owners and friendly atmosphere and I wouldn’t use anyone else to do my nails. I have Been coming for months and I have always been happy with my nails. I always ask for difficult designs for my nails and every time they look amazing. Highly recommend! Always helpful and on a couple of occasions they stayed later for me so I had my nails for an event. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails again xx
