   Great service. Why buy online when Five Star will fit your new battery (and dispose of your old one) for close to the same price. They are still operating out of the premises on New Road, but if you're reading this in late 2023 I'd call and check as they might have had to move due to the horrendous amount of property development going on right around them. If they have moved, track them down as it will be worth it.

   Really helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in everything was explained to me in regards to the best options for what type of battery and price for my motorhome, cleared up any doubts I had about what to buy and how much to spend etc. Definitely will go there again if I ever need another battery for anything and much better than buying online. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Battery works perfectly!

   Excellent service! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to help. Also got my previous battery tested for free, so I have peace of mind that I only needed to change the battery and the alternator was fine. Very reasonable prices fitted compared to Halfords extortionate prices. Will be highly recommending to anyone in need of a new one.

   Should be called 9* or 10* in my opinion. Great service. waled in. Met by a friendly chap (even behind a mask) who see to me straight away. I mentioned I had seen a battery online at another place and before I purchased it and waited for delivery was there anything they could do to match it. He went away came back with a better option for me and with a 4 year warranty and cheaper. You cant argue with that. Cheaper, better battery and didn't have to wait for delivery. the battery was passed over the counter, invoice printed and away I went. recommended highly. Speak to these guys first before a trip to Halfords. equivalent battery there was double the price!!!! Well done chaps :-)

   I phone five star batteries beforehand and spoke to Colin, top man, I explained my situation and he listened and agreed with my view on needing a new battery. We discussed the options and agreed on the make and type etc. A couple of days later went down and was impressed by their approach. They tested my alternator and we agreed that it was OK, then again was impressed with the customer interaction and my service. Would highly recommend them.
