My visa was approved earlier than I expected, and I truly believe it’s because of the care and dedication she put into my case. She always made time to speak with me and allowed me to share my whole story in detail. Every time she noticed I wasn’t feeling okay, she gently encouraged me to pause, breathe, and continue when I was ready. When my problems started and I didn’t have credit to make normal calls, she immediately switched to WhatsApp so we could stay in contact.    Had an absolutely brilliant experience! Big shoutout to trainee solicitor Mujahid – he was spot on. Great communication, super quick replying to emails, and really on the ball with all the council checks. Honestly, it felt like he was buying the house for himself with how much care he put in! Mujahid’s definitely an asset to Batley Law. My solicitor, Mr Liaquat, was also really easy to talk to and approachable. They originally said it might take around 12 weeks to get everything sorted, but they wrapped it all up in just 8 weeks – and that’s with an Islamic mortgage, which comes with a fair bit of extra paperwork. Proper impressed and would 100% recommend Batley Law if you’re buying a home!

   We've had an overall brilliant experience with Batley law, Waseem dealt with our appeal at a very short notice before the appeal date, he arranged a couple of meetings with us to understand our case in great detail and to put together a strong appeal. All the objections raised by the home office were answered with great structure and detail to give us the best possible chance at the appeal. We were then explained in detail what would happen in court on the day of the appeal, which made us feel more relaxed and confident going into appeal day. In the end we got our desired outcome with our appeal being accepted and visa being granted.
