   Me and my partner went to prime motors for the first time for a flat tyre. When I say Alex is the nicest man I have ever met, HE IS THE NICEST MAN I EVER MET!! He has a such a pure heart and so friendly. Not only did he reduce the price because we were university students he made sure we were satisfied. We didn’t have cash so he said fix the car, take the car, and bring the cash tomorrow. Who does that!? He honestly made my day, put a smile on both our faces. So humble and down to earth. Definitely going to Prime Motors only, from now on. God bless his heart and I wish Alex the best.

   Don’t usually write reviews but this garage is worth every penny. The customer service is next to none and the team will 100% make sure that you’re understanding the diagnosis of the car issues. The prices are super affordable, although their service is worth way more. With so many garages around Northolt and Greenford, I’m always going to Prime Motors for the experience and trust. All work done by the team is the best work you’ll get, I can assure you. They do their best to make sure issues aren’t reoccurring and walk you through all the options available before suggesting the best one (and provide reasons for each). Each job is clean and properly executed. Genuinely the best in the field, 110% recommend.

I needed to check why my car wouldn't start despite having a new battery; and they quickly solved the mystery, saved me money and put air in my tyres!!
