It was my 1st time at bubble in hunts cross yesterday. Wow! Absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice. My stylist Lewis was amazing. I Absolutely love my hair. He put me at ease, and im definitely returning. Thank you so much.

I wanted a restyle as I was due to go on holiday and she said rather than washing my hair as it was (VERY long) she would just cut it. She took the scissors and cut very uneven and said 'good guess'... Waited ages to have my hair washed. Had told the stylist the length I wanted it and that i wanted a bit of shape rather than a blunt cut (meaning long layers which she confirmed as my hair is quite thin). She cut it, dried my hair and did a curly blow... Didn't check the length or anything. Looked fine all curled up. The next day when the hair had dropped I found my hair to be about 3" longer on one side than the other. I don't like confrontation and so was trying to find a way of resolving this without going to the salon. I emailed them (this was over 3 weeks ago now) with my issue, and have had no response. I ended up visiting another salon after consultations with 3 different salons who were gobsmacked at my hair. They said that not only was it slanting to one side, but there were far too many layers in the side of my part with less hair. A big chunk of hair had been cut underneath but I hadn't noticed as it was towards the back!!! There were hardly any layers in the side of my part with more hair and it was just dreadful. The women in another nearby salon said she has had people a few times come in to correct bad hair cuts from here, not sure how true that is. My hair is now more shoulder length to fix the mess made by the stylist at bubble 5 and sadly I absolutely won't be going back! Tried to add a photograph to the review but it won't show my review when I add one! Edit: it has been 6 months and I have still had no response from my complaint. Says it all really.

Debra in beauty is amazing she is just a lovely lovely lady my daughter will not go anywhere else now for her eyebrow wax and tint. Debra makes her feel really comfortable and makes her brows look perfect everytime x
I went here for a complete new hair style, And Tanya done my cut I am so pleased with the way it turned out ,all the staff were very friendly and helpful I will be going back there.At last , I have found a good hairstylists. Thanks again Tanya
